Face and Body HIFU Skin Tightening Course

HIFU stands for High Intensity Focus Ultrasound. HIFU skin tightening is a non-invasive, non-ablative method that allows for energy deposition into the fascia, while avoiding epidermal heating. The beam of the ultrasound energy will pass harmlessly through the skin allowing a focal point to target deep layers of the skin structure.

Collagen is the main structural protein in the extracellular matrix in the connective tissue. It consists of amino acids, bound together by hydrogen bonds to form triple helix. Collagen is important in wound healing and it is the main component in fascia, cartilage, bone, ligaments, tendons and skin.

HIFU will heat the tissue to 60 -70 C, which is the temperature at which collagen denaturation occurs and the tissue repair cascade begins.

The course includes lectures, a manual to keep, models and a CPD-accredited certificate. It will show you the indications, the side effects, the technique and the contraindications.

After the course you will have the chance to buy a new machine at half the UK price or rent one at the price of ONE treatment a month.
